One of my favorite razors, the 14P Filarmonica Novodur is a wonderful example of unparalleled Filarmonica quality.  Imagine combining the quality of a Jose Monserrat Pou Filarmonica into a full inch blade and you will get a truly unique shaving experience.*  This Novodur, although tarnished, is still in good condition.  The bevel itself is extremely thin and the spine shows very little hone wear and at approximately 26mm, the width of the blade is very close to factory original.  There are some other blemishes, including small pit marks on the blade and tang, but this is common with carbon steel Filarmonicas.  The blade is very tight and closes centered in its scales.  The scales are a white pearl color with a center plug for added stability.  A vintage blade with a vintage look and feel.  A rare Filarmonica 14 complete with the Jose Monserrat Pou stamp of quality.  Just to be sure, I tested this Novodur and it provided me with an exquisite shave.*   If you haven't had a chance to experience an 8/8 Filarmonica, here's your chance.
